DISNEYLAND FREAKS???
I say yes... because any chance I have to go I go and any chance I don't have to go... I plan on going. So, when Chuck called me and told me he was asked to work the Anaheim Dental Show, I was ecstatic because it meant that i could go to DISNEYLAND!!! Of course there were stipulations... we would have to give up the San Diego trip that was planned for Spring Break and I had to convince the kids. Well it wasn't hard to "convince" the kids, so plans changed and 2 months later than planned, we had a great family vacation. Well... if you want to call it a family vacation, because Chuck worked 3 1/2 days of the 6 we were there. But it was all good. He hooked up with us in the evening when he was done and the kids were super good for me! This is a long post, mostly due to pictures and very few comments. So enjoy the pictures of our family get away!
"Billy Hill and the Hillbillies"
This is a great picture showing how enthralled Maddy was and the flirting she was getting right back in return. We sat on the front row and my girls were flirted with the whole time while these AWESOME guys were performing! BTW... if you haven't taken a break to watch this show, make it a priority for next time you go. It's in the Golden Horseshoe (right by Thunder Mountain), they have tables to sit at, a place to buy food (Rootbeer floats are our favorite treat there) and a cool place to sit and relax while being entertained!

"Big Thunder Mountain BBQ"
This is a new place we found. I have more info on it and a bunch more pictures, so I will do another post just about this place!
Maddy loves to volunteer to do anything that will give her attention. She volunteered for this super cute traveling show in CA Adventures. The kids were all recruits for new toys for Andy's room.
Maddy's new favorite ride! Maliboomer!!! She couldn't get enough. But she had to talk Tyler into going or wait for her daddy because there was no way I was going on it!
We stayed at Desert Palms Hotel this time around. Chucks work paid for our stay due to him being there for business and we enjoyed it immensely! The breakfasts were to die for! The yummiest waffles I have ever eaten, scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, pastries, oatmeal, cereals, pancakes, toast, yogurt, cottage cheese, juices, milk... WOW!!! Totally worth it! And it is on the backside of CA Adventures, so the walk isn't very far at all!
Cotton Candy + Mickey's Fun Wheel = What makes Macee happy while the big kids go on a ride she cannot go on!
(a cute little show in Hollywood Backlot).
The next few pictures are from the the new parade called "Celebrate! A Street Parade"
They have audience participation and the kids LOVE it!
My girlies wanted to get their hair and make-up done at the Princess Fantasy Faire, but I'm a frugal mom... so I did their hair cute and put make-up on them before heading out to the Park and then I bought each of us a tiara (which we all wore the rest of the day), and I had instant princesses and they were happy!
We are ready for the next trip...
and with the purchase of annual passes again,
we get to enjoy a year full of Disney Magic!!!
